Welcome! These Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern your use of services provided by Soluna Vibes("we", "us","our") including in-person, mobile, and distance sessions("Services"). By scheduling or receiving Services, you accept the Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or participating in a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the website, and any related policies (e.g, Privacy Policy)

2.Services

Soluna Vibes offers:

-Reiki energy healing

-Tarot & intuitive guidance

-Combined sessions

-Distance (remote)sessions

-Mobile/In-home sessions

Descriptions, session lengths, pricing, and availability are provided on the website or upon request

3.Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer

Soluna Vibes Services do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis, advice, or treatment.

You agree to continue care with your qualified professionals and understand that Soluna Vibes does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or cure conditions.

4. Client Responsibility

By participating, you confirm:

-You are at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent)

-You are mentally and physically able to participate

-You take responsibility for following any physical adjustments or actions suggested during sessions

5. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Booking: Sessions are confirmed only after payment or agree-upon deposit.

Cancellations & Reschedules:

-Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior before your session

-No shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable

Payments

Payment is required in full or by deposit before Services begin

Accepted methods: (as offered on the site-e.g Credit card, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay)

All fees are in USD and non-refundable after the cancellation window.

Distance (Remote) Sessions

Remote sessions are considered conducted once the appointment time begins, regardless of whether the client is present on camera.

Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions are private. We do not disclose identifiable client details without written consent-except as required by law.

Code of Conduct

Clients agree to:

Respect practitioner boundaries

Refrain from harassment

Communicate concerns professionally

Soluna Vibes reserves the right to terminate any session if safety or respect is compromised.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soluna Vibes is not responsible for:

Direct, indirect, or incidental losses

Emotional distress

Personal property loss during in-person sessions

Your sole remedy is limited to the amount paid for the session

Intellectual Property

All materials, text, imagery, logos, content on the Soluna Vibes website are owned or licensed by Soluna Vibes. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse without written permission.

Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version is posted with a "Last Updated" acceptance.
